                             3 Day Assessment Camp                                                                           Multi-Day All Inclusive Conditioning Camp
  1. We will provide the coaching staff with a repeatable athletic performance assessment that can be used as a hiring/try-out tool or to chart athletic development. 
  2. Athletes are tested in Multi-directional Speed & Agility, Power Generation, Core Strength and Energy Systems commensurate with their sport. 
  3. The athlete's performance results in a CSS Assessment Score.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  1. Planned in conjunction with your coaching staff.  We can provide a complete training option to include;  Lodging, Meals, Transportation, Athletic Trainers, and optional Medical Staff. We tailor each camp to your preferences...We can set up a camp in your area or provide you with an "offsite" training venue.
  2. The duration of the camp varies depending on your preferences.  
Recruiting and screening
  1.  CSS will deliver a screened, evaluated, vetted recruit who is ready for  "duty"  
  2.   The testing CSS will perform gives the organization a snap shot of the          athletes capabilities and internal drive
